CRM Marketing Manager - 1 year

At L'Oréal I worked as part of their online and brick-and-mortar wholesale division for their professional beauty products. I was the CRM Marketing Manager and worked on creating personalized experiences harnessing the massive client database of about every solon owner and beautician in the US. I set up the testing roadmap for the email marketing campaigns, and worked as project manager merging work from data, creative, ecomm, education, events and our third-party partners.

Results

Increases open rates from 15% to about 25%. Increases in CTOR of about 50%. 50% Increases in ecomm purchases from email channel.
